Bars on, belt off. 

Finished installing fork stem hardware and handlebars. Hooked up all linkage again. 

After an old belt was donated to my project, I cut and glued to size. Belt will be sent as a sample for a new one to be made. 

Then install new leather lagging to front pulley later this week. 

Slow and steady progress. Thanks for all the support and encouragement.
